Incident Management
- If your dog has been stolen, click here fore instructions on immediate initial actions. Only attach a recording of an incident after you have taken the immediate initial actions.
- Once you have stopped recording an incident the video will be saved to your camera roll.
- Go into My Pack and swipe left on the dog involved. Tap on Incident and select the relevant date and time. The video footage will be added to the dog's profile.
- Swiping left on the dog's profile again will give you the option to mark your dog as safe (which removes the incident), and gives you the option to email or post to social media.
