Frequently Asked Questions

HOWL is an app from The Bark Side...and it's FREE!  It aims to deter dog thieves while you’re out walking with your dog.  The purpose is to take back control of the situation in a non-confrontational and non-aggressive manner.  Thieves hate being caught, so HOWL is designed to gather evidence, which could make them think twice.  And if it doesn’t deter them, HOWL could help get your dog back, and prosecute the offender.
